Payment did not proceed.

So today this happened, one of my item sold and the payment was not normally shown on the processing tab and after a hour buyer asked me to cancel the order, so as in the buyers favor I cancelled the order, the refund was sent from my available funds and I didn't originally received the payment under my managed payment system. Does any of ya'll have faced this issue and what should I do because I refunded but no money on my account.
