Payment declined

I just had a payment say "declined waiting for retry" on 12/2 at 00:25 hours and I have not changed any of my information. How can I tell if this is a problem with eBay or my bank? When will it retry? Daily like my payout schedule?

Same here ...payment declined no change in my banking info.  Successful deposit on Nov 30, failure on Dec 02.

I thought the same thing... why would you do this change over NOW?  Then I thought...greed.  They want all the fees...period.  That is why they would do it at the busiest time.

I am waiting for a call back from eBay on the issue.  Wait time is 80 minutes.  You can go through the eBay site and find Contact Us....then just follow the options until you get to the Call Back.

Following - my bank said same, it is not their end.  And of course ebay customer support cannot be reached.

Think everyone is having this issue today Dec 2,...woke up to the same email..

It's not OUR bank that is having the Issue..it's EBAY...

Love how they push it off on " Check your bank " excuse..

They better come up with a better email replying back to us..about this Issue with an explanation on why the payment were not sent out today!!!..

Never had this issue with Paypal..and so far so good with this new system...but today...Not Happy!!! and seems lots of others are not as well...Where are you Ebay?? and be honest with us....

Apparently everyone is getting this.  Tagging the blues to see if they can get someone on this since it's impossible these days to get any timely customer support...

Waited 68 minutes for a callback csr said essentially all their heads are on fire they have had thousands of complaints sent an escalation ticket he did say assuming issue is fixed we should receive the payout tomorrow
