I closed the bank account attached to my ebay months ago, and it took hours for it to update to the new bank and it wouldn't save, went around and around with the customer service agent, finally got it all sqaured away, only to find out today that my payment has been sent to the old closed account regardless and they said I changed it TO the closed account a few months ago, they messed up.
They told me I could update it and the payment would bounce back, which I did do, but I'm seeing so many horror stories about people never getting their money back and chasing down ebay and bank and having the ban have to write letters etc. And this was due to an issue on Ebay's end.
Please tell me I didn't lose money on the christmas dolls I bought for my daughter that I HAD to sell for rent money
