Those are payment options that Ebay offers to buyers, has nothing to do with what YOU accept.Those are what Ebay accepts.

Buyers are paying via this platform, not direct payments to you. Please read up on the full terms of service so that you have a better understanding of how online selling works. It will make you be successful. Best of luck to you....

Adyen is eBay's payment processor. Buyers can pay with PayPal, PayPal credit, debit and credit cards, VISA. Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. At checkout they may be shown ApplePay and GooglePay  and they can pay with eBay gift cards. 

Your payout will go into your checking account. You will not know what method the buyer chose when they paid.
