As a buyer any of them shown in the listings that your government or banks allow. You are the only one that can decide research which of those you are going to use. Most people here in the USA know very little about the banking in your country.

eBay accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards unless your bank is blocking the payment. The best method is to attach a credit card (not a debit card) to PayPal and pay with PayPal. Then you have 180 days of buyer protection instead of 30 days.
