Payment Issue

Hi, I have purchased products from ebay store when i pay the payment the message appear please check your payment details or use a different payment methods but they cut double charges on product how please sort out this problem and have a look.

The first charge was probably a hold put on the funds.
The second charge is the actual payment.
Once the payment is completed the hold will be removed.

I guessing that you're buying from sellers who use EIS (ebay international shipping). You're being charged by ebay for the privilege of buying from sellers who aren't willing to ship to Pakistan.
