Paying for postage twice!

Hiya, I'm new to this place, so apologies if I'm not following protocols.

Here's my problem. 

I sell an item, and pay for postage via PayPal.

The item arrives at the buyers house.

All good so far.

But then ebay deduct their fees, and then also deduct postage!!!

So I'm paying twice for postage!

Any help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. 

And any advice on how to claw back all the postage I've been charged would also be great.

Do you mean you bought a shipping label on EBay and used Paypal to cover the purchase? Some use eBay fees to cover it, some use credit card ... guessing you're saying you paid via PayPal?

I'm going to bet you are mistaken and only paid once ...  and you're just looking at the deduction in the accounting provided in the order/payment details.

EBay provides you a breakdown of your fees and postage costs related to specific orders. Doesn't necessarily mean you paid twice?...
