PayPal purchase with no match in eBay

My PayPal statement shows a purchase of type "eBay Auction Payment" from 5/18/2021 but there
with no matches in eBay in my Purchase History for 2021. Since it is not in my history I cannot contact the seller. I vaguely remember ordering the item but I definitely never got it. Here are the order details from the confirmation email, but the view order details button does not work and the seller is not registered:

Was shown to be in Vietnam.

Check your purchase history and see if it shows there.

Try opening a Paypal case for item not received.

I believe that they give you 180 days to do so.

When eBay removes a seller or a listing @nickseigal2 it is also removed from your Purchase History. Despite removed, you could have started a refund request within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.

But now, file an item not received dispute here then don't wait, go back to escalate it immediately to a claim, to get your automatic refund within 11 days.
