PayPal options limited/removed

I have recently noticed that when I am prompted to pay something on eBay, although I still have a PayPal option available, it does not give me the same options that it used to. Namely, it does not allow me to switch to a different PayPal account, nor does it allow me to pay with my PayPal balance - it always initiates an EFT transaction to my bank account even though I have a balance.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Special features which exist for PayPal which do not exist for other payment methods are disappearing.

Those that remain cannot be counted on to be there in the future.

It's the autopay you signed up for to bid on an auction or make an offer on a listing that required it.  If you want your BIN paypal options back, you have to delete that auctions/offer payment method from the Payments section of your Account Settings.

My Bank account was just overdrawn twice because  of this costing me $60.

If your logged onto paypal through ebay, you should have the full choice of funding options. im **bleep** .
