Pay-outs on demand are delayed due to issue on eBay's end. Should hopefully be resolved shortly so we can start recieving pay-outs on demand.

It seems all payout methods are broke at the moment.

Is that why my payment has been going back to me and saying didn't go through? I was wondering what was wrong.

I hate it for you. I opted out of 'Payouts on demand'. Who needs another issue to deal with here? Hang in there...
