Pay On Pickup option not popping up

Hello, So I am trying to sell my laptop and so I'm trying to do local pickup instead of shipping it because I don't want to go through the hassle. So I chose local pickup but there is nowhere to select Pay on Pickup and I'm not sure what to do. So I was wondering if anyone could help? Thanks.

Even with local pick up, you have to offer the buyer a way to pay online.

Yeah but it still won't give me a option to pay on pickup anyways.

There is no option for only pay on pick up.

There is no cash on delivery/pickup option anymore. The buyer pays with PayPal or whatever, through eBay, and then comes and gets the item. If your looking to get cash on pickup, I'd try fb mktpl, CL or some other local venue. As a newbie, selling a laptop on eBay is very risky, you're going to get all kind of scammers coming after you.

I’m wondering about this because if it’s no longer an option then why is it listed in the options then? Makes NO sense. It’s there and grayed out.
