Unfortunately eBay does not put up a warning banner letting occasional sellers know that their funds will be delayed in reaching their hands.

It's all there in the fine print, but rather unexpected for those sellers that had PP "fronted" instant access in the past.

It's hard to sell on ebay when you need the money rightaway.  Even if the payments are not on hold, if you need the money, of course  that will be the week that a buyer doesn't pay or lies and opens an item not described case.  Goodluck.  

In case you did not know, if you use Ebay shipping, ebay unfreezes the exact amount of the shipping label.  NEVER keep your buyer waiting until you get funds to buy the label.  The buyer can NOT wait and the majority of them don't care that you don't have the money.  They just want their item fast.  Goodluck.

You are in California. 

There are so many agencies there to help you if you seriously need help feeding yourself, your family, or your animals.

I think you are just mad over the money being withheld and I truly understand that. 

But it's still ebay's playground and ebay's rules.

This website did not threat your human freedom... heck, you signed up for what's in the TOS. The technology gave  you human freedom, and you chose. I don't see how your religion would be threatened, so you're all good there, too. I think. 🤞

It's not a plug. It's a fact.  Anyway, I don't like working in any kitchen. I prefer to give a donation to a soup kitchen. Anyway, I am glad that ebay holds payments for the newer sellers.  There have been way too many sellers selling a few items, getting the money and then they don't ship anything. Ebay had to do this to make Ebay safe.  They used to hold it until the item showed delivered but now they hold it longer just to make sure that the buyer is satisfied.

I do not find it funny to tell me to work in a soup kitchen. You really have no clue how much I hate cooking. I could have responded with a typical NY response but I won't.
