Somebody PLEASE help me!

Please. I am desperate. 

 

I am new to eBay & have ran into a HUGE problem! On top of this, I've been in the hospital for over 2 months now (due to a severely aggressive Crohn's Disease flare-up) so this stress is really making me sick.

 

What I ordered from a "seller" is NOT what I received. They've admitted their mistake (after I sent them a screenshot of what I REALLY got) & she promised a refund... but I received NO refund & she's been nothing but extremely rude, difficult & now she just refuses/ignores my messages altogether. Complete silence. 

I just deserve to have my money back. Period.

I want a PHONE NUMBER to talk with an eBay rep b/c I'm not tech savvy. Plus, this situation is a bit different.

 

Please, please, someone help me.

You have 30 days after receipt of the item to file a money back guarantee claim. 
Did you return the item in this timeframe?

 

If you paid via PayPal, you have 180 days to file a claim. You will have to pay for the return shipping.

All you have to do is file a claim with Ebay.  You can do that from your purchase history.  Find the item on your list, then on the right side of your screen you will have lots of options.  File your claim for the item not being as described or whatever your reason is for wanting the return.
