I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TWO PAYMENTS FOR MY ITEMS SOLD FROM EBAY, NOT THE CUSTOMER. I TRY TO CALL BUT THEY SAY THE NUMBER IS WRONG. THEY HAVE CALLED ME AT THIS NUMBER FOREVER. NOW IT SAYS THIS SITE IS UNAVAILABLE. I HATE THIS NEW PAYMENT DEAL. WHAT CAN I DO NOW? EVA KENNEDY

About the best you can do is go to the Managed Payments help page in Help & Contact and request a call back using the link at the bottom of the page. You'll probably have to do this for several days before you'll actually get a call. Then once you do get the call, you'll probably have to wait another week or two to get your problem solved. In the mean time you might want to suspend your sales until they get it fixed.
