Over $100,000 In sale eBay not Paying As Usual.

We have over 6 figures in Sales at other Marketplaces like the big W (Trillion Dollar Corp) with no payment holds at all

We get 1 bad review from small time eBay we get a Performance Review and payment hd for 5 days.this is laughable.

eBay want us to continue to sell but hold our money. They can keep the money give it to Charity because looks like they need it more than us.

Over 1 year with the Big  Corp and a 98.9 percent rating but never have our payments been on Hold Ever.

I guess the big boys offer Fulfillment with Fulfillment Center across the US that little eBay cannot offer 😀

Now I see why eBay lost a million sellers every legitimate business is going to other Marketplaces which is very smart .

eBay doesn't even have delivery

Please read about seller payment holds.

You are a new seller and can have up to 30 day holds.

Now you also have a Negative.

eBay would rather use your money to pay unhappy buyers than their own.

Selling something and canceling the sale because...we don't know.

Maybe you canceled others...we don't know.

"have over 6 figures in Sales"...maybe too large to know what's in your inventory...we don't know

Buyer got mad searching for not knowing how long and sale got cancel after a purchase.

Another buyer mention you mailed the wrong item.

Maybe check what you have in stock and what you ship buyer bought would help.

What you've made in other marketplaces have nothing to do with eBay's Payment Holds Policy.

You should read it.

You're  a new seller having joined less than a month ago.

"Little eBay" is a venue where buyers and sellers meet to buy and sell. They do not have warehouses where sellers store items and eBay fulfills orders. All this information is available to know with a little research before you join.

If you're talking about another marketplace as the big boy where you made over $100,000 in sales why on earth are you listing here?  Makes no sense to change if you were doing so great.

That tells you other Marketplaces are better than Ebay. Less Problems for my business means less Stress. Equals more Productive Profits.

Cancellation came when Ebay put us on another Performance review back to back in less than 7 days. Makes no sense to keep shipping out while our money is been held up.

Your last sentence is puzzling to me:  "eBay doesn't even have delivery."

How are your buyers receiving their purchases?

And if you have found a venue that suits you better, why do you still have 1,403 items listed here?

What do you  mean  it makes no sense to keep shipping out when your  money is being up? eBay requires you to ship within your handling time when the buyer pays. It's  not the buyer's problem if eBay has a payment hold on you.

No wonder you have  performance reviews. Keep getting them and you'll end up with an additional 6% final value fees.

Did you read what another helper said about seller holds? So yes it makes perfect sense. You are new. It's all in the policy. If you find that Ebay is stressful and another marketplace makes you more profits then by all means sell on those platforms. I feel you are misunderstanding the fact that you are not established yet. Here you are still in training wheels. You have potential to be great here if you become established.

You are comparing two very different platforms and their business models, both legit. Apples and oranges. Any business owner know's they are different but doable. Do you also expect your sneakers to feel exactly like your boots?

You can use one, both or none but what's really your complaint? You can't grasp payment holds?

I expect that negative feedback for canceling a transaction will have something to do with the length of your holds too. Thats the kiss of death for any newbie seller. Ebay does not like disappointed buyers. You also received a defect for canceling, you can find that on your dashboard. I would advise you to be careful about getting anymore defects so early in your selling career, or your account will be toast pretty quickly.
