Twice now within the last couple of days a buyer pays for an item. It shows it's sold and I need to ship it, but, I never received the money. I've done the math and everything looks normal but I received no money. My daily total didn't move.

if eBay said it's paid, time to ship then you ship it. The payment is in the pipeline being transferred to your account and the buyer can't take it back. No need to wait if it says time to ship.

I appreciate your time and help. I still haven't received payment from the first time it happened two days ago. I haven't been selling long but I have been selling for over a year and this has never happened before. I understand "payment processing" but this is different. I did ship the first order because it was only five dollars and wasn't worth my time. This time the dollar amount is much larger. Thanks for the help you've giving me over this last year too. I watch your videos and I can't thank you enough.

I opted into MP during August, 2019. I can tell you that my customer's payment is my bank deposit in 3 business days.
Don't confuse 'Daily' payouts with 'next-day' payouts.

Instead of looking at 'Today', look at 'Last 7 days'. (I just look at Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting Payment.) Good luck.

OK, my "today" shows the same thing even though there is a sale today.
I hover on "payments", and click "all transactions" to see what is up with my payments. Shows me when the payment is expected to be done processing.
