Trying to refund some shipping and all I get is an error message, "We
ran into a problem. Please try again later". I can refund orders I've
already shipped, but, none of my new orders. Anyone else?
Twice now within the last couple of days a buyer pays for an item. It
shows it's sold and I need to ship it, but, I never received the money.
I've done the math and everything looks normal but I received no money.
My daily total didn't move.
I appreciate your time and help. I still haven't received payment from
the first time it happened two days ago. I haven't been selling long but
I have been selling for over a year and this has never happened before.
I understand "payment processing" ...
