Not receiving payment

Hello, 

I sold my first item 4 days ago but still not receiving the payment. My buyer emailed me and stated that the payment is pending from his bank. Do I need to do something to receive the payment?

I'm confused. Why does your listing only show payment by Visa or Mastercard? Could that be the problem? Hmmm...

Members selling on eBay.com, the US$ site, receive payment one of two ways:

Via their Paypal account

or 

Via eBay Managed Payments

You sale appears to use neither.

It just says VISA or MasterCard.

How did you intend on receiving buyer's payments?

well ebay sure looks like they are not going to help you !! After all are they not managing the money now ? They let you list but did not tell you how to set up for payments and before your item was listed they should have set the guidelines so you could !! Another ebay short coming !!! That is why I will not let them manage my money. The famous ebay glitch syndrome !! Good luck to you !!!

Most all listings I have seen on ebay include accepting payments from Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

Your listing only shows MasterCard and Visa.  Most strange indeed!
