Not getting paid

I sold an item on June 5 and haven't been paid.   My banking info has been updated since June 5.   I can't get paid and there is no reason.   I can't reach anyone to talk about it.

If you are a new seller (and it appears that that's what you are), there is a 30 day hold on your sales money while the sale is being processed.

After your financial credentials have been certified, your payment will be sent to you.\

This is normal for new sellers.

Thanks-- could not figure out what was going on.   Communication with ebay doesn't exist.

Nothing you can do until the hold is released, which could be 30 days.
