Not able to pay Seller Fees - " We ran into a problem. Please try again later."

I am unable to make any type of payment towards seller/monthly fees. The "One Time Payment" page does not show up at all; I get an error message that says "We ran into a problem. Please try again later." I have tried to pay every way I can think of - from the invoice itself, from the home dashboard, and by trying to add an automatic payment method. Nothing is working.

I contacted eBay the other day about this but it has not been resolved.

I’m confused!  I don’t pay monthly fees for any of my stores - the money comes out of sales proceeds.  Do some (still) pay on a monthly basis?

Try editing the page address so that it points to pmtapp.ebay.com/ instead of just pmtapp.ebay/

Mine is supposed to be doing that, but it does not. It used to be that way for me, but it stopped suddenly several months ago and never got fixed. I've been trying for months to pay the balance of the bill at this point.

i think the problem may be some peopel are still stuck on the old ebay version before they changed everything. cuz mine is updated now and think everything should be working now

Same Issue and now with the new layout on the Payments screen there is no option to pay pending total.

I am in the same position. It is impossible to pay, and eBay is not resolving the issue.

Same here, been trying to update since an invoice hit a few weeks ago. Getting the same error as all of you. As for the reply saying to add the .com to the popup window, you are not able to modify the URL in the popup, unfortunately.

If you can copy the entire page address, paste it into another browser window address bar, then edit it there.

Use a desktop browser, if possible. Right click on the pop-up window and open in a new window.

OK THANKS...  looks all solved for now at least.  Hopefully the links will work continuously now, fingers crossed !
