Not a fan of the new Managed Payout Process for Sellers.

Any other Sellers not happy with the new MANAGED PAY OUT PROCESS??? Is this new process of payment REQUIRED???.. or can I opt back to the past process through my Paypal account (which I had personal control of???)  I'm finding my funds show PROCESSED (which takes 2 days) and then wait 1-4 days for the funds to land in my checking account!!! NOT quick and efficient for Sellers... (or for BUYERS who are waiting for their purchased items.)  I am a long-time member of Ebays community, both as a Buyer and a Seller. I do not mail my items until my payments have been RECEIVED in my checking account.  This is not a good  business change, and is not good customer service for anyone involved... and will ultimately affect the FEEDBACK given and received to all of us!!! Please hear this... and consider a change!!! A delay in your managed payout process is no good!

Sorry but MP id here to stay. Paypal is basically gone. You might want to explore shipping using your MP funds.

Many sellers are not happy with MP.  Many more have adapted and move along just fine.  There is no going back.

Yes, its required. Yes, its inferior to the previous process. No, you don't save any money. No, ebay doesn't care if sellers are happy or not.

Hate it, don't trust Ebay, don't  like being forced out for complying.

HAPPY? I hoard my medical supplies so I can sell them to make ends meet, and now, guess what? I'm waiting for my money and can't buy groceries. I AM WRITING TO ALL MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS AND ESTABLISHING A NEW CHANNEL. Ebay's regard for their customers (US!!) has long been lower than a snail's rectum. Since EBAY provides no way to express one's ire, maybe I'll start posting ebay tropes on right-wing talk spaces. Maybe THEY will be able to get the attention of these low-lifes.

Re: Not a fan of the new Managed Payout Process for Sellers.

Liked PP, but also like $$$ coming in, so I deal with the deposit delay. Not an issue for me.

I have no shipping delays for my buyers related to the MP process.

When it shows "Awaiting shipment", off they go. The payment is confirmed.

In over 18 months of MP with hundreds of items shipped I have never had a confirmed payment fail to be deposited.

I ship within my stated handling time. Those wishing to delay shipping need to adjust handling times when listing to not disappoint buyers, or earn dings on their accounts.

$$$ deposited matters not anyway, as with the way it was even with PP, the funds could be snatched back anyway. For up to 180 days the money wasn't really ours.

Re: Not a fan of the new Managed Payout Process for Sellers.

Personally cant stand it. I have to either have two checking accounts or comingle all my dollars in one confusing lump. it was much more practical for me to have ebay/paypal  separate from my other funds. and no, much like other things im finding out,  Ebay could care less

Yeah right. Good luck on that one! So, if you had no sales for four days, you wouldn't be able to buy groceries either. You need to try to adapt with better money management. If you're THAT close to the edge, you might consider trying something else.

That's your choice, but it will doom you to failure on this site.

Re: Not a fan of the new Managed Payout Process for Sellers.

I think its a good buisness change for my buisness.it was just what I need to get in on the authentication program.

when you sell a watch in the authenticate program you get an unbeatable rate with MP

that same rate is NOT available with paypal...................not even close

I tried to get in the authenticate program with paypal last year and they would not say why I cound not join.

the minute I was in MP my good watches were all of a sudden activated for the program

Either way. It's each seller's choice... at least we still have that.
