I have a sell from june 16th a.m. and the customer has not paid.

Ebay and I have sent reminders still no payment.

How long do I wait before I can cancel the order due to nonpayment.

You can cancel it after 4 days if they have not paid, but do not send them invoices because that will restart the clock and give them 4 more days.

You have to wait 4 days from the last time an invoice was sent, so don't send any invoices.

IF you send an invoice the buyer gets 4 days from the last invoice date.

Do not send an invoice.

Do not message.

After the 96 hours (4 days) have gone by with no payment you can cancel for lack of payment.
