I have not received any pay outs to my bank account despite them saying (on the tracker) they have been paid. I'm owed over $4,000 and I've shipped over 30 items. For the last 10 days, there has been absolutely no eBay customer support. No contact by phone returned and now it is not available.
This is completely and utterly unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated and frankly about to take legal action. Does anyone have any means to speak to someone at eBay to figure this out before this legal action is taken?

Have you ever received managed payments to your checking account? You may want to put your listings in Time Away unless you want to give them more of your money to hold. eBay's balance sheets are going to look great at year's end with all this money they're holding. Good luck, I'm sure they'll get it fixed sometime next year.

I am in the same situation 😞 I have like 8 payouts marked as "Completed Funds sent", they sometimes change to "Declined Waiting for Retry" for a bit and then back to Completed, but it's been 2 weeks and I have received NOTHING since I changed to managed payments.

I've spoken to my bank. They show no payments incoming. This isn't some rinky-dink corner operation -- I have JP Morgan Private Banking.
There is no money coming from them at all. All the information (bank routing and account) information is correct. eBay has no customer service outreach and nothing is happening. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

Make sure your registered ebay name is identical to the name on your checking account.
If you need to make any changes, go to
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
I registered on ebay using my middle name. When I opted into Managed Payments back in October 2018, I had to change that to my first name, as that is how it shows on all of my checking accounts.

Appreciate the response. The information in there is all completely accurate, so this isn't the issue.
It would be great to figure out the issue but eBay has decided to stop all customer service for the past three weeks. If anyone thinks differently, please let me know.

My wild guess is the third-party "data validation service" has screwing up transmittals sent to the banks which are resulting in penalties and fees and possible blacklisting. Under the agreement, eBay is not liable for errors beyond its control and you've agreed to allow eBay to use third-parties without limit.

Ebay has been holding my money since NOV. I enter info and does not accept can't find link to send additional bank info to verify. Now no phone service for help. I have pulled all my listings until I get paid for my sales. Ebay should have kept there hands off our payments, they obviously don't know what they are doing.

We are in the same boat. December 26th received a notice that our payouts were on hold. Please allow up to 5 days. We are now on day 4. Numerous calls to customer service (when you are able to find someone available) Complete waste of time they have no answers can not tell me why it's on hold, how long it will be on hold or what the status of the is of the review process. All I get is I will escalate this to my supervisor. I ask to speak to a supervisor but no one is available because everyone is working from home. I am then advised to go ahead and ship the product because I don't to have my top rated seller removed. Seriously what business ships product they have not been paid for? They are holding over $5,000.00 of my money. Makes me wonder if Ebay is in financial trouble? I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General. I'm hoping enough people file complaints with their state and maybe eventually we will see at least some of our money.
