Having issues with deposits from ebay.
Have updated my checking account about 5 times and received emails from EBay verifying this change.
But my funds are still frozen and I can’t allocate them to PayPal. I have been notified they need more verification on my acct. (S.S. Number) even though I’ve been a member since 2006.
tried calling eBay, not available, try getting a call back, not available and I’ve tried online chat, waste of time.
Am I the only one have trouble with this.
Need my funds and I don’t feel secured enough to give out SS NUMBER.
Fix the problem EBAY

It's not a "problem" for eBay to fix. eBay is required to have your SS#, which you obviously gave to PayPal with no problem. If you don't feel comfortable giving it to eBay, then plan on not selling here anymore. Money will no longer go to your PayPal and your funds will remain frozen until you comply. Your choice.

Your may take them to small claims court or arbitrate the dispute. See Managed Payments Terms:
II. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY eCI.
If you'd prefer to sue, formally opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate now before it's, ostensibly, too late.

I have 2 problems with the way eaby rolled out MP.
1. Ebay stated that they would not allow you to list items if you did not sign up.
Well it appears since you did not give all the required information such as SS # then you are not signed up.
SO WHY IS EBAY LETTING YOU LIST ITEMS ???????
2. Since you are NOT getting paid...
WHY ARE YOU CONTINUING TO LIST ITEMS?

"A payment received by us from a buyer, on your behalf, satisfies the buyer’s obligation to you in the amount of the payment received, regardless of whether we actually settle such payment to you. In the event that we do not make any such payment to you as described in these Payments Terms of Use, you will have recourse against us only and not against the buyer, as such payment is deemed to be made by the buyer to you upon receipt by us. To the extent permissible under the rules of any third-party or governmental body with jurisdiction over us, you agree that we are not liable for your acts and omissions and you understand that we disclaim any such liability."
