New payment scheme is a farce

I sold a candle Friday I then was told money would be paid on the 4th may, no money released until Wednesday 5th may it then said it could be 0-4 days before it’s available in my bank account. I realise that a new payment platform is being used but nearly six days to be received then a further four days is wrong. PayPal is an immediate payment, is this eBay and Ayden making interest on the money that is held, in this day and age payments are immediate not a payment debacle that this new system has caused

I opted into MP during August, 2019. My buyer's payment is my bank deposit in 4 business days. Hopefully, you'll see same.
