New Withdrawl Feature Not Working ??????

So I updated my account to the new withdrawl feature which clearly states you can access all or partial amounts when requesting payouts and I am currently only able to access the full amount and not pick how much to deduct ??? Anyone else having this issue or am I missing something ????

Are you enrolled in Spendable funds? If not, that’s why you can only withdraw the full amount of your payouts.
