How do i make a partial refund with managed payments?

I want to partially refund  payment but theres no mo n.v ey in my paypal account although I've made sales.

In the Seller Hub under Orders Awaiting Shipment, there should be an arrow under Print Label, click that and select Send Refund.

If you have already shipped you can put your cursor on "Orders" in the Hub and click on "Paid and Shipped". It's works the same as the orders that are awaiting shipment. You should see a choice to "Send Refund."
