Can I put a response to negative feedback that was about credit card issue with buyer that other buyers can see? A buyers 3 credit cards were declined. This is an issue between ebay and buyer.
This buyer gave me the negative feedback because of it instead of contacting ebay.

Do NOT leave a response.
The item sold only yesterday. On 3/5/22 ... cancel the transaction choosing 'Buyer hasn't paid' ... and the negative feedback should disappear automatically.
If it doesn't get removed by itself ... then contact eBay on Social Media and ask the rep to remove it because the buyer didn't pay:

Great advice from @house*of*paws . The FB doesn't make you look bad in any way and it makes the buyer look stupid. Wait it out, give them a strike by choosing buyer didn't pay. Block them and move on.

Like @house*of*paws mentioned go through the unpaid item process and it will remove automatically. If there are issues the social teams are a great resource for sure!
