Need help

Was getting paid from ebay everythimg was good and verified then out of no where payments were available but said but not processed  waiting for account verification . That was 3 weeks ago and have talked to everyone up the line and have been told 3 days multiple time  48 hrs multiple times . Was told monday morning twice it will be sent to my bank never happened and no one will help and went as far up the line as they will let me with no resolve ,no awnsers,and no money at all to continue selling ...the crazy part is a week and a half into this ebay took 4$ out of my bank account and 230am and a hr later redeposit it but say they can't deposit my earnings untill the account is verified as I already did this months ago and was good to go. No one will help me and my money is just stuck in limbo. Even reenterd all my account information as they sujested and that did nothing either but give them another excuse as to why I'm not getty paid . Waiting on bank confirmation.  My bank says there's nothing wrong no where it should be deposited and ebay tells me exact opposite. What am I supposed to do as this is a major income for me and items keep selling but I have no access to my funds . Can Someone lead me in the right direction as customer service fails to call me back or help resolve this problem. It's always 3 days now when I ask. What is going on and how do I get my money I worked hard to get and did nothing wrong to deserve this unjustified service. Thanks for any help
