Hello, I was asked by a seller to confirm that I had received my item so that they would be able to collect payment. I cannot seem to find where to do this. I have looked around and see no link to "confirm item receipt." If anyone has experienced a similar issure or knows how I might be able to do this, assistance would be greatly appreciated!

They may be wanting you to leave positive feedback saying you received the item. If they did not send with tracking the feedback form will ask if it was delivered on time.

The seller confirms to eBay it was was delivered by the tracking number, not by the buyer saying it was received.

First off, thanks for the replies! The seller hand delivered the item right to me because we lived at the same town, so I definitely gave them a good review. There wasn't a tracking number, though. How can I help the seller confirm receipt?

eBay accepts proof of delivery three ways.
1) a tracking number
2) using the ap to scan the QR Code the buyer received through email, or use the ap to manually enter the 6 digit code the buyer received through email.
3) if you don't use the ap then the seller should get the buyer to sign a copy of the eBay order form.
Tell the seller to return with a copy of the order form and you will sign it.

You probably should start your own thread. The one you've responded to is almost a year old.
