Need help calculating fvf in MP with TRS+ discount, my figures are less than eBay's.

I have been in MP since early mid march. I am saving a small amount vs the old pay pal payment system, not much but so far so good.

The problem I am hoping someone can help me understand, is figuring out the fee's so I can have a check and balance to compare to eBay's. 

I keep coming up with a figure less then eBay for fee's. what am I missing? my category is coins and paper money, fee= 12.35% + 30 cent per transaction, I ship free. No store, no promotions ect.

example...

I sold a coin for $265.55, no sales tax paid by buyer.  My fee is listed as $30.29 ( fvf = $29.99 + .30 fee per item) eBay says ("You saved $3.33 by Top Rated Plus discount")

My calculation is 265.55 x 12.35% fvf = 32.795 ($32.80)

32.80 less 10% trs discount =(- $3.28)  so net is FVF of  $29.52 + .30 = total fee = $29.82

Why am I paying $30.29 vs my calculation of $29.82?

Same result when I look at other my other orders. it seems my fvf is calculated at 11.293% on every order? is this the 12.35% fee less 10% trs+ discount? seems it should be 11.115%

FVF was raised to 12.55 a couple months ago.
