Need a link to record micropayments

Where do I enter the micropayments?  The banner isn’t clickable. All instructions lead to a dead end. The last user posted the same problem 1/4/23 and the moderators archived it. I need a link, please.

I’m also having issues finding a solution and they don’t even let you call anyone in customer service!! Where do I go to confirm the payments as it’s a never ending loop to nowhere when clicking the banner it directs me in a circle and there’s no info in the FAQ section. Please help!!

It looks like this is a never ending problem that EBay does nothing about and they keep your payments on hold until they can 'verify' your bank account, but your can't verify anything because their stupid link doesn't even work. Nice! I have $1500 sitting on hold and no way to get it, and I still have to wait for their "authenticator" to make sure what I am selling is real, before it gets to my seller to make sure they are happy.
