Hello eBay Community,
I’m a new seller on eBay and have successfully verified all my information during the registration process. As part of the requirements, I was instructed to create a Payoneer account, which I promptly did. However, it has been over two months now, and my Payoneer account is still stuck in the "Under Verification" status.
I’ve contacted Payoneer customer support multiple times about this issue, but each time I receive the same generic response: "Please wait 4-5 days for verification to be completed." Despite my patience, there has been no progress.
Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I decided to create a new Payoneer account to move forward. Unfortunately, this new account was immediately blocked. When I contacted Payoneer support about this, their responses were unhelpful and automated, suggesting that I explore alternative payment platforms.
I also reached out to eBay customer support, hoping they could assist. However, they directed me back to Payoneer, leaving me stuck in a frustrating loop with no solution in sight.
I’m sharing this here to seek advice from the community or eBay representatives on what steps I can take to resolve this. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Payoneer? How did you overcome them?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

In the US, we don't use Payoneer.
You'll probably get more help from your local Ebay site that uses Payoneer..
