My credit card charged by Ebay

I am obviously missing something and therefore I've come here for enlightenment.

I received this notice Feb. 5th from ebay saying "We’re just confirming that your credit card ending in xxx has been charged for $5.34. " WHY?

Here's what I've sold from Jan. 1, 2025 and nothing since;

Jan. 1   subtotal $6 total $7.10

Jan. 14 subtotal $2 total $3.06

Jan. 16 subtotal $2 total $2.88

Jan. 27 subtotal $2 total $2.95

If you don't have 'processing funds' going into 'available funds' all the time.

If you promoted something or eBay monthly fees or refunds or shipping labels and it was showing as a negative for 3 days in available funds...eBay will go into your banking account and collect what you owe.

I don't see 'processing funds' in my account any where to see what a setting may be set as.

I haven't promoted anything such as charity. I do offer shipping at lowest rate possible, 99% at $0.69 for the label unless the item is over $25.

Not sure what is meant by " it was showing as a negative for 3 days in available funds...eBay will go into your banking account and collect what you owe"?

Thanks for the response.
