The moderator has been notified to remove personal information from your post. Do not post personal information, this is a community forum and eBay does not see it. We are sellers and buyers.
Have you contacted the credit cards you have attached to your account or others by calling the number on the back to find out which one was used and dispute the items charged to them? If the credit cards were stolen, why have you not reported them stolen? Or has someone hacked your eBay account? You are not clear on that.

Check your eBay account purchase history. Does an order for 78 beds appear there? Are there any orders you do not recognize? If so, see here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
It is possible that the email you received is a scam email, sent to users such as yourself at random, designed to get you to click on a link or to provide your credentials or financial information.
Never trusts a blind link in an unsolicited email, and never enter any sensitive information if you follow such a link. Instead, go directly to your own account and check for yourself.
If you have entered any sensitive information after following a suspect link, change your password immediately and take steps to ensure such information cannot be used against you.

No, you don't. If your credit cards were used by someone who wasn't authorized, you need to contact your credit card companies.
If these purchases were made on eBay, you also need to contact eBay:
You don't seem to have the first clue about how to protect your personal information. You need to work on that.
