Why can't I get my money from eBay when i sold and item and had to ship because they already paid but eBay has not paid me. Also, they are not paying me my shipping cost that i get from the customer.

How exactly did you get paid?

Did you ship the item from this page:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT

I *always* (and ONLY) ship my orders from that page.

It is the only way I know for sure I have been paid.

Ebay does hodl our money for a week or two.

They like the smell I think.

Once eBay notifies you that they have received payment and it's time to ship, then you can buy the Shipping label on-line through your eBay Shipping page and pay for the label using the buyer's funds pending in eBay. Look near the lower left corner of the Shipping form to find the payment options: either from your PayPal account or from your eBay buyer funds.
