You should really contact the seller and see what they have to say. If they do not reply get hold of ebay cs:

The seller has not received payment by Ebay and the item has not been marked as sold. I can't contact ebay, it keeps giving me an error. It says which product you are contacting about, I choose the product, but the rest does not come. I've been trying for hours like this.

I contacted Ebay, but they say no payment has been made, but on the receipt from my bank it is clear that the payment was taken by Ebay. I have sent the receipt by e-mail and i am waiting for a reply. Thank you.

Why not call your bank and just put the payment in dispute?

Hello, I contacted my bank and asked for a cancellation, they said that if it was a credit card, they could cancel it, but they couldn't help because it was a debit card. They asked me to contact Ebay.

You need to talk to someone else because that is simply not true.
True that a Credit Card is NOT the same as a Debit Card. That is true.
When you dispute a charge on your CC, you go directly to your CC company and file the dispute.
The DC has the same kind of process, so you CAN dispute the charge. You won't get your money back immediately, but you can still file for a disputed charge. Look at your Debit Card, they may tell you on the back side as to where you contact them to do this.

How was your case finally resolved?
I'm in a similar predicament. Money was deducted from my account for item ID: 134268509439; but item still appears in my cart, and is still listed as being sold currently!

Are you sure you made the payment through the order? Or did you and the seller text or email each other?
