Money deducted from card but not reflected in my cart

Hi. I paid for my outstanding orders and money has been taken from my card but ebay still showing the items in my cart and to be paid. What's going on ? What has happened to my money ? Please help as I'm from India and ebay India has closed. Is there an email cause phone just says go to help and support which is not responding nor has this topic. Thanks.

What happens when you go to your Purchase History?

Items not showing in purchases but still in cart as if I have not paid. Money has been taken from the card but no acknowledgement from eBay and items are still in the cart.
