I received micro deposits to verify my bank. I'm told I have to put write these amounts somewhere but I don't know where. Going to verification pages just say 'done' but my payouts are still withheld. May I ask as to the specifics of what I must do?

Other than the micro payments, have you ever seen any other attempt to deposit your sale funds in your bank account? Just asking because I'm wondering if there may be another reason that they are being held.

@metroandroid1986 - Because you're not seeing your funds releasing, but are getting the 'done' messaging, we would recommend contacting the managed payments team for help with this by accessing any of the Help Pages related to payments and using the 'Have us call you' feature at the bottom of the page.

I've contacted manged payments 20 plus times and I need to wait 1-2 / 1-3 / 1-4 even 1-5 days to receive the micro deposits . Meanwhile , everyday they notify me to update my bank info . This has been going on for 6 weeks . I was forced to put my store on vacation for the past 6 weeks . Note - I have never received my micro deposits .

You had a least a dozen sales in the past six weeks per your items sold. Did you allow purchases while you were on vaca?

I’ve tried to verify a bank account using the EBay system. The system says it can’t verify the account, but the account has been open for years and is regularly used for direct debit and external transfers in and out. Your “help desk” says I need to open an account with a different bank, which wasn’t especially helpful. The options to verify with microdeposits or by providing a statement don’t appear when I try to register the account with you (and your help desk didn’t mention either of those options). Please help.

Thanks for the reply. I used this thread as the eBay payments teams was on it (I thought). It’s clear I’m not the only person with this problem, and who has frustration at the script the “help desk” follows, and the payments team probably has technical knowledge to fix it.
