Does EVERYONE have to sign up for Management Payments? I am a small part-time seller. It says payments will go to my bank that I choose not to Paypal. How does my labels work that I print from home? This seems Great for EBAY as they will by-pass Paypal and receive their fees that are charged, but is VERY confusing for sellers. Please simplify for me. I have read articles on this subject, but it seems that a simple step has been make confusing to the average seller. Do I have to go through my bank if something goes wrong with a payment? Instead of EBAY. That would be a nightmare..... please clarify.

STOP RIGHT THERE
we don't need any more complaints. Times up.
Yes, you do, yes, you do and size is not part of the factoring. PayPal doesn't want you anymore and eBay does.

@butterflies413. Once you are "invited " to sign up for managed payments you must do so if you wish to keep selling on eBay
You can choose to use pending payments to pay for your shipping label
I have been in mp since August and have not had any issues

I have been in Managed Payments since October 2018, and I don't have any issues either. I am a low volume seller, so I opted for daily payouts into my checking account. Buyer pays and I receive the payout 4 days later. The FVF is taken out of the payment and I receive the balance. I have a 1-day handling time, so I ship when I see the item is in my Orders > Awaiting payment. I pay for the shipping labels using my pending payout.
Since I don't use any listing upgrades, or promotions, my monthly sellers invoice only includes the charge for my store registration.
