Managed payments verification problem ?

So i registered on the managed payments about two weeks ago. It made me provide a credit card for my ebay fees and for some reason it wouldn’t accept my main credit card. I assume it was because of our third world country bank and it didn’t recognise it. So i used my boyfriends american credit card so i could pay for the fees because it was the only way possible. 
Today im getting a message from Ebay asking me to provide a valid credit card in order to activate my managed payments and i have a deadline of 30days. How do i change the mistake ? Where do i go ? How do i do that ? 

This was the message i got from Ebay

”We saw that you attempted to register for eBay to manage your payments, but were not successful because we were not able to validate your credit card information.

In order to complete registration for eBay to manage your payments, you need to update your information by providing us with a valid credit card on file. Your information will undergo further review and payouts will be held until we can confirm a valid credit card.”

I think your name on ebay  must be the same of that of the card bank. You can not useyour boyfriend card.

May I ask , are you set in managed payments???? 

I had the same problem, they failed to verify my debit card , at the beginning but after I told those my problem they fixed it . ( make sure the adress at bank account of that card is similiar of that you have on ebay)   
I was successfully entered to managed payment . Sold some items and my money are put on hold until delivery !??! 
 
today I recived the same message you are talking about!!!  
  But I am in managed payment already !! What about you ??

Im still not in managed payments, payoneer has verified and approved me, everything is set except this message about the credit card issue, i dont know what to do ?!

yes i seem to have registered successfully too but i got this message. Did you save a credit card or a debit card?

I tried something .  
for those who are in Managed payments  but they ask  to validate bank card. 
if you go to payment board here : https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list 

you see “ manage” button below card info . Click that button and give ok to :  

Selling costs
If you owe eBay for selling costs and your funds are insufficient, we may charge this card.

“Preferred for selling costs
We'll charge this card first for any outstanding costs before trying other payment methods on file.”

i just did , lets hope it will work. 
my problem is that all what I am selling money goes on hold . Hopefully it is fixed now .

pkease open in a Pc not mobile . Add paypal not bank card at automatic payment methot for payinf fees
