Finally was able to request a callback.  Something tells me I will be busy doing something when they decide to call.  Granted I have seen higher wait times.

That is absolutely ridiculous.  This is typical ebay. If they were a responsible company, they would have waited for this pandemic to be under control before forcing the new payment system on us and they are not prepared to give us support. Again Typical and sad
