You need to tell us the whole story, we'll help you. CS will not help you. Return requests are cut and dry, but we need to know
1.) Did customer open an official return request?
2.) what was the reason for the return noted on the request (not emailed verbiage)
3.) Is return request within 30 days of delivery?
4.) Do you accept returns?
