Managed payments show "completed" but no money in bank account, cannot get a call back from CS

Hello,

 

I have a number of managed payments that show "completed," but there is no money in my bank account. The bank says they cannot see pending payments.

 

I have verified the name is exactly as it is on eBay. In a comment on another thread, a person said they had to add their middle name on eBay, but eBay only has a space for "FIRST NAME" and "LAST NAME"?

 

The first payout was on Jan. 11, it has now been at least 7 business days, so all the proper time has passed. I have tried for days to get someone from customer service to call me back, at the time it advised 130 minutes of wait time, they called back 3 hours later and I did not hear the phone.

 

The next day and every day since it has said either there are too many people in the queue and they can't call me back, or that it's too late in the day and no one will be able to call me back before they close. This has happened for three days straight.

 

I have seen the advice for calling at 5 am, but really, why can't I open a support ticket or send an email? Why do I have to wake up at 5 am to get into a phone queue and maybe get a call back two hours later? When it's obvious eBay is doing the time-honored business practice of slow-paying.

 

I think the eBay Staff chat is beginning soon so I will ask there. If there is a problem I need to know how to rectify it.

Did your issue ever get resolved? I have been arguing with ebay over $374.80 that it was supposed to send me on January 12. 2021. After weeks of opening and escalating  cases they decided I already received the money and keep closing cases sending me numbers that my bank says are meaningless and do not exist  and its approaching 3 months and over 40 hours on the phone. Hope you had better luck and if you resolved yours is there a secret?

It's probably just that there was nothing left after eBay took their cut. 😋

I too am experiencing the same issue. It says payout one day and then it is 

messaged there was a problem paying out to my account. My bank says 

all is normal in my account but there has been NO ATTEMPTED EBAY DEPOSITS

whatsoever closing in on 3 weeks multiple calls and still no help from Ebay

I am having items being bid on purchased and offers. Does Ebay expect us to

continue to pay store fees and list items and ship when we are not being paid? THE DEPOSITS ARE NOT BEING MADE........... No one

is helpful I am told CS is sending reuests to the Managed Payment group to

resolve and that all is in order in my account to receive the deposits. Ebay 

gave me SR and a series of numbers for transactions that mean nothing to my bank.

What are we to do? HELP!!!!

1. Your eBay name and name on your bank account must be identical. I think they now have a space for middle name but if not enter both in the first name box.

2. Your bank will never see anything until they see a deposit.

3. If you are having an issue you should see an error message in your seller hub.

4. Do not change your bank info. Follow the steps for verification.
