Info was sent on July 16th. Multiple foreign to USA eBay representatives have made it abundantly clear my identity check looks fine and that I should be getting my payouts. An Isabelle told me yesterday she was contacting billing to have them release my funds today. It never happened. She also said she was contacting it to have them remove the banner that says my account is restricted. This account I'm speaking of is not joes_crab_shack. I have three seller accounts. Which is perfectly fine I was told by eBay rep today and a Google search previously. The only issue is you cannot use a bank account for more than two eBay payout bank accounts. So I'll have to open a new one for Joe's crab shack. Since I gave all details requested on July 16th and the message stated it would only take two business days to get taken care if I'm extremely mad as it's now nearly 10 business days since giving the info requested on two accounts birdinhand_collectibles and nostalgicfinds2021 they know I have a seller waiting on me to pay for a rare lot of slides I really want and can't pay for without the funds I'm owed for delivered sold items. It's over $350 I'm owed now and growing at about $100 a day now which is scary as I don't know they will ever accept my bank account (go bank) which they were fir three months but an American male representative today told me they are phasing out accepting online banking institutes which makes no **bleep** sense to do as a lot if people have to use them. I don't give a **bleep** if you are hardcore people shouldn't have bad credit, it happens and anks won't open for many people which just causes more issues for everyone. My issue is literally over a check written out by a bank robber from my account when I was still very young stupid and it's only like maybe a hundred or two hundred dollars. We are talking 20 years ago or more or close to it. So I have no other way to accept my payouts than the bank I've been using with no issues up until they did a restriction on my account to check my identity I've given all details to them for. My id and my bank statement which eBay reps are clearly saying is sufficient to end the restriction. But a back of office as they call it department they cannot contact has to declare it not anyone I can call on eBay. They have stretched from original 2 days to 5-7 days then 10-15 days now two weeks in the last phone call. As the probable response time for the department to make the 2 second look at my paperwork to declare I am who I say that I am. The eBay supervisor I spoke with this morning told me that he's been on the phone all morning with similar cases. Then he disagreed that eBay is purposefully holding our funds to make a big amount of money on some sort of investment scheme. I also said I think it's plausible the Americans involved are even buying our items as we lost them thinking we'll get paid to possibly steal the item and funds from us. That's a bit paranoid bit not the part of using our money to invest in something they know they'll get a return in. It's not hard to figure that's what's happened. They took advantage of all of us that have the online banking to make this occur. When my idea of holding all of our payouts until our 30 day return policy is up for each item which would completely remove all issues of any possibility the items are returned and eBay be out money they ever even need to deduct anything from our accounts for. They are not going to listen to my ideas and continue to run a screwed up system but I'm 100% correct. There would be zero loss possibility if they followed a protocol of not releasing anything but shipping costs if that to sellers. I could come up with shipping money for everything if I knew I was going to be paid and trusted eBay as I used too. I honestly cannot trust them anymore like I used too. They have people calling me with names of actual issues in my life and they know they are issues in my life outside of eBay. Bank robber names in the chat 'aaron' a man who beat on my sister named "derrick" in phone support. The system is completely rotten to it's core. I cannot believe another option hasn't surfaced that is actually viable and trustworthy like I've described. Even if they released the shipping costs (which would have to be tightly regulated like if it's a sports card $4 tops etc.... All they'd have to do is put a disclaimer in that that money is non refundable to save their own ass when it comes to bank accounts not being able to be tapped. They shouldnt be tapping bank accounts anyway. It's already hard enough keeping track of what they are doing in the managed payments especially with the added promoted listing fees that are all over the place and hard to understand as one VHS might be 3.6 and the next one 9.9 percent it's weird af.

Come up with plausible situations where a seller could still end up owing eBay so we can crush that and eliminate them having access to withdrawal anything from us. Seems unfair I'm at a **bleep**ed position as they hold $350 from me seemingly indefinitely at the current stand still and cannot go to my bank show them eBay screwed me and us not responding the deduct owed money but eBay can deduct what it says I owe it fir whatever reason. Am I crazy here or am I correct? And what other types of worries would they have after the 30 day return window that gives everything a few weeks to deliver and buyer few weeks to make a claim? Of course international shipping would need to be held like 45 to 60 days but that's just the way it is. Once you get going the money will be there. We already all start out at not getting funds until delivered which is too soon if you ask me. Say I send a $10,000 item it delivers I'm paid and the buyer some how didn't make his claim quick enough. I'm sure it's not highly plausible but it's an issue and there is not much eBay can pull from any bank account if there is no blood in a turnip. And expecting banks to pay up for the customer just gives them reason to create accounts to **bleep** banks over. I'm sure I'm right. eBay hates me and my private investigative skills that I e acquired mainly by looking at things extremely close at times. So many of you are perfect examples of private investigators as well. I'd love to have a serious debate of why you think 30 days is or isn't a better idea than the delivered dates. And your opinions on if eBay would literally create accounts to screw themselves over with not ever even losing an item only to become richer and richer and pay CEOs to be dumbasses that project liz from Colorado to aggravate me even further instead of being wholesome fun trading spaces.
