I do not like ebay making my sales payments going to my bank. I prefer paypal . When I sell and seller pays with paypal it is there instantly . It is easy to see what comes in and what is paid with a balance . The new system with ebay receiving my payment it is confusing to see and understand what charges and fees has cost me.

It should be my choice to use paypal as my incoming payments on sales as it once was

Until PayPal and eBay renew their contract or make a new one, this can't happen, unfortunately. Since they split in 2015, the relationship has been a bit, how do we say? Tumultuous.

Paypal is gone so you have to get used to it.

I don't find ebay's reporting confusing at all. If you open your MP page and go to 'all transaction' you will see your item then how much you got paid for it (including postage) then ebay's fee (there is just one fee) and then the net amount you get.

If you use ebay promotions, you may see a separate line e.g. : Ad Fee Standard for item number XXX. On the same page you can see the amount ebay transferred to your bank.

I think it is clear and well organized
