Managed account and Shipping?

I recently signed up for the Ebay Managed account. I just sold an item for $275.00 shipping was $14.80 and I got a message from Paypal informing me I made a payment for the shipping cost to Ebay.

(I didnt realize I could chose to use the funds from the sale but will choose that in the future)

The total ebay fee is listed as $36.98 so my take away is $238.

Does that $36.98 include the shipping or was that just the ebay final sale fee? Am I paying for the shipping twice? Wish the invoice had a break down but it just says $36.98 and I am pretty sure that is high for the final value fee.

You're paying FVF on everything, item price, shipping, and sales tax charged the buyer.

So

275.00 Price

 14.80 Shipping

 22.00 Sales Tax 8% estimated

=311.80 X 12.35% = 38.51 + .30 Processing Fee, equals $38.81

So they're in the ball park. Tax % may have been higher.

That's just a rough estimate, sales tax may have been lower and some states charge tax on shipping and some don't.
