I had two MP go out, one processed and the other returned saying there was an issue on my banks side. Called the bank and they see no issue and that a payment was never made or returned. Now there is no way to get a hold eBay customer service as the chat doesn't have anything listed and now live customer service does not exist. This process was supposed to help the seller and the community and it has not. With PayPal the funds were deposited immediately and if there was an issue they had customer service, a real human to talk too. With this new process it has been nothing but a hassle and a huge discouragement to me as a seller. At this time I have no idea what is happening with my returned funds as the email is super generic and vague. eBay needs to get their billion dollar **bleep** together or this will hurt the community.
