I signed up for the new Managed Payments system. I submitted all required information for my business. But when clicking the "Summary" link under "Payments" in the Seller Hub, the following message appears "You need to update your business information on file, we need this so we can send you payouts". This makes no sense. Today, December 15, 2020, I had, on three occasions, clicked to have eBay call me, but have not received any calls. eBay is going downhill very fast. THERE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Don't know what else you can do at the moment. eBay is forcing a huge amount of sellers into MP, hoping to get as many as possible before the end of the year. My advice would be to, as many others have done, put everything in Time Off before eBay ends up holding on to a bunch of your money and forcing you to ship with your personal funds.

My issue was that I submitted the required identical information for both my wife's store and mine. There was no problem with my wife's store, but the message I posted appeared in my store. The problem was corrected this AM (12/19/2020), but it took 5 days - way too long.
What is "Time Off"? And why to you think that eBay would end up holding on to Sellers' money and why do you think that Sellers would be forced to ship with their personal funds?
