Managed Payments not depositing. Really mad.

So I have been on Managed payments since Late August.  I provided a checking account and they said they would start depositing my sales.  I opted for daily deposited.  As of almost 2 weeks nothing has been deposited.  I have been on the phone twice with customer service and they were unable to help me.  The best they could do is to put me on a TECH report.  The rep yesterday says that ebay has not even tried to make a deposit to me. 

So if this is happening to a lot of sellers (the rep stated  it is) ebay is just sitting on sellers money.  Are they making money off of this in the way of interest. 

Does anyone know aor have any ideas of what I can do?

What do you mean? Virtually all checking accounts can be accessed online.  I think you need to define what you mean by "online checking account".

If we take what you say as literally true, then it would be impossible to use Bank of America, USAA, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citibank, etc. Those all have systems that allow you to access the checking account online.

This needs to be clarified.

There is NO requirement in MP to use an "online" checking account.  This was addressed in an earlier post.

The buyer has PAID as soon as they submit their payment. A buyer can not adjust, cancel or otherwise mess with a payment once they have made it. They can't do this in MP just like they never were able to do it in PP.

You seem to be stating the obvious, then copy and pasting policies, without acknowledging the multitude of technical bugs and problems users have described "in detail".

Maybe obvious to you, but to many others, not so much.  I'm not aware of "multiple technical bugs" in reference to this specific posting.  Please give more details.

That is one way to handle your account, just not the only way.

This just started happening to me as well.  Everything was going fine.  It shows the payout as "Completed" but nothing gets deposited to your bank.  July 16th was my last deposit.  Customer Service told me it was my bank.  There must be some communication between the two because they have taken a couple withdrawals out in the last couple days. This is money that I need for capital to ship items.  Just giving people a heads up.

My suggestion when having to link a bank account to any of these services is to open a checking account for this specific use and keep very little money in it. Transfer any incoming funds ASAP. I had this issue with PayPal many years ago, they took money from my account, and not from my funds, due to some hold they decided to put on me. After that I stopped allowing any of these companies access to my money. They will always win if you grant them access.

This very well may be an issue at your bank.   Once MP releases the transfer into the ACH banking system, they don't control it anymore, the banks do.  So yes, contact your bank and see what might be going on.  They should be able to track it down.

You should also be able to see how much that deposit was for and on what day it was released in your Seller Hub, hover over the Payment Tab, on the drop down menu select Payouts.

WTH, July 16th was my last payout too! There's something fishy going on and Ebay people are not telling us what is... I personally think I know why this maybe happening, but I would also like Ebay to confirm the central banks have lost their ability to do their usual banking activities beyond a simple transfer button. I will continue to try and get my payouts, and I hope everybody enduring the same issue keep pressing this matter to Ebay until payouts are paid out.

You'd need to give more details.  How much was owed to you?  Do you do Daily or Weekly payouts?  Do you have any funds being held [this will show on your Summary page under the Payments tab in the Seller Hub]?
